On the Media Overview page below the player preview window, you can find several icons that perform various actions on the uploaded media as described below.

Embed Code - Quick access to the video's embed code.

QR Code - QR Code with a link to a preview page of the media outside the Console. This link can be shared directly or via email and will never expire.

Preview Link - Link to generate a preview page of the media outside the Console. This link can be shared directly or via email. For on-demand video, it can be time limited. The default time limit is set in Settings -> Security -> Time Based. For live video, the life time can currently not be set (to avoid mistakes of links being sent out with expiry dates set to before the live event starts). 

Clone - Clone media. More about how cloning works can be found in Cloning video article.

Publish - Toggle publication status of the video between Unmoderated, Approved and Not approved. More about publishing can be found in Publishing video article.

Feature - Toggle whether the video should be featured on your Videosite or not. Feature status is also accessible via APIs. Note, video must also be moderated to be shown on a video site.

Video editor - Go straight away to Video Editor where You can edit your media directly on page. Only available when Video Editor is a feature on the account. You can find more information here.

Live from tape - Run the VOD as a live from tape. Only available when Live is a feature on the account.

Download - Downloads the originally uploaded file if available, otherwise the highest available format of the video is downloaded.

Replace Media - Replace the content of a media without changing any of its properties or statistics.

Remove - Deletes the media permanently.
