When scheduling a live event, you may see the following message:

"Event is using the channel during the specified period.". 

The message above is displayed when the start and end time of your event overlaps with another event on the same channel.

Note: That a live channel will be busy for two minutes after an event on that channel ends, therefore you can't schedule a new event less than two minutes after another event ends on the same live channel.

To get around this problem and schedule your live event you have two options.

• You can change the start and/or end time of your event to not overlap with the start and end of any other events on the same channel (with a margin of two minutes).
  
  
• If you don't want to change the start and end times of your events you can schedule the new event on a different live channel than the channel that the event it is overlapping with is on.
