Event report

The Event Report is a downloadable PDF that provides a consolidated overview of participation, engagement, and interactivity for Live and Live Studio events.

Why it matters

Registrations and attendance alone don’t show how well an event actually performed. The Event Report combines participation, engagement, and interaction metrics in one downloadable PDF, making it easier to understand not only how many people joined, but also how they behaved during the event (for example, how long they stayed and whether they used features like chat, polls, or call-to-actions).

Because the report is easy to download and share, it’s a practical way to communicate results with stakeholders, especially those without platform access, compare outcomes across events, and use data insights to improve future event formats and content.

Where to find the report

  1. Go to the Media list.
  2. Open the Live/Live Studio event you want to report on.
  3. Go to Information.
  4. In Audience Participation Data, locate Event report.
  5. Download the PDF report.

What’s included in the report

The report includes a structured summary of:

  • Registrations
  • Attendance
  • Viewing/engagement time
  • Which interactive features were enabled (e.g., chat, polls, call-to-actions)
  • How attendees interacted with those features (when available)

Report generation time

  • The report is created after the event ends.
  • It can take up to 1 hour to become available (often within a few minutes).

Notes

  • The logo shown in the upper-left corner of the PDF is taken from the account’s branding settings.
