System & Software Preparation
- Restart your computer: A fresh start clears memory and ends background processes that might interfere with your stream.
- Make sure the Chrome browser has the latest update: Our platform is optimized for the current version of Chrome, ensuring compatibility and stability.
- Do not have any unnecessary apps open: Close all applications that are not essential for your Live Studio event.
- Close all unneeded tabs in the browser: Browser tabs consume significant resources. Keep only the ones you absolutely need for the event.
Connection & Environment
- Always use an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi when possible: A wired connection provides a significantly more stable and faster internet speed, which is important for high-quality live video streaming
- Always use a laptop connected with an AC-adapter: Ensure your laptop is plugged into an electrical outlet, and that the computer does not have any power-saving mode enabled.
- Test your microphone and camera: Ensure they are properly selected in the Live Studio source and are working.
