Customizing the registration page
When signing up for a live event or webinar, the default information displayed includes the title and description. While this offers a basic overview of the event, there is often a preference to differentiate the event description from the registration page text.
Editing the registration page text
Once a live event or webinar is configured with Quickchannel registration enabled, you can access the customization options by navigating to the Registration tab and selecting "Edit registration page."
By default, the registration page adopts the Title and Description from the live wizard. However, once you make alterations to this page, the defaults are automatically overridden, resulting in the registration page becoming independent of the title and description fields. Essentially, any updates to the title and description won't impact the custom registration page unless modified separately.
Within the registration page customization, you have the flexibility to incorporate title sections and text sections. Title sections utilize the title font, while text sections adhere to the body font as configured in the settings under "Appearance." Moreover, you can customize the text color by choosing either the account-defined defaults or opting for a personalized color through the color picker. Notably, the color picker retains a history of recent selections for swift and convenient access.
Drag-and-drop components from the right hand side onto the registration page, to create new header, body text areas, images or speaker templates, rows and columns.
When adding images, a popup with images uploaded to Quickchannel will show. From this menu, highlight the image you want to add and confirm with Select
When you're done editing, you can preview the customized registration page in both mobile and desktop mode.
Reusing the registration page text
After a live event, the custom registration page is saved so that it can be modified and reused for VOD registration page and/or future live-from-tape events created from the recording.
