The preview area is where you can watch the edited video before it is sent for rendering in the Screen9 platform. The area is also used for positioning elements using the mouse.

Above the video preview you will find the editable title, the close project button, a quick help text on keyboard shortcuts, save and render buttons. You can save your project to continue editing later on. Please note that saving a project is not the same as rendering a project so there will be no new video is the media list after a project has been saved.

Clicking on the Save button results in a popup shown in the bottom right of your screen. This popup auto-hides after a few seconds.

Clicking on the Render button results in a popup shown in the bottom right of your screen. This message also includes a link the the new video being rendered. This popup must be closed manually.

Below the video preview you can find the Undo and Redo buttons, Cut clip button, buttons to show grids and have overlays snap to grid. There are also media buttons to Play, Pause and Jump to the beginning or end of a clip or the whole project.
